How renting works
The most important rule: we verify your license before you spend any money.
1. Choose your dates and a car
Pick a pickup and return time inside our operating hours. We only show cars that are free for the whole window, including the cleaning and turnaround buffer between rentals.
2. Send your request and documents
Fill in a short form and upload a photo or PDF of your driver license and proof of insurance. Your dates are held briefly while we review, but nothing is charged and nothing is confirmed yet.
3. The owner reviews your license
We check that the name and date of birth match the request, that the license is unexpired and is not a learner permit, and that your insurance is current. If something is unclear, you get a message and a secure link to upload a better copy.
4. Pay the deposit and sign
Only after approval do you see a payment step, with the rate, taxes or fees, the refundable deposit and the total. When the deposit is paid, the car and time range come off public availability and your rental agreement is issued.
5. Pickup and return
You receive pickup instructions and a condition photo checklist. On return we repeat the checklist, record mileage and fuel, and handle the deposit according to the terms you agreed to.
